The “swiss espresso extractor®” is used to produce top quality espresso coffee for bulk buyers.

The “swiss espresso extractor®” processes up to 2 kg ground coffee freshly ground with integrated grinder in the machine to make espresso coffee in an amount of approx. 200 l per hour (7.5 brix).

Depending on the density of the beverage, the amount can be varied.

The extraction process is the same as a traditional espresso machine. This is done over time, temperature, pressure and coffee volume.

The main areas of application are:

– canned coffee
– Coffee in bag-in-box for vending machines (concentrated coffee)
– Confectionery industry, such as ice cream, liqueurs and biscuits
– dairy industry for milk drinks with coffee

The machine is fully automatic and operated by one person.

It is the largest espresso machine in the world.
